With a rich background as an entrepreneur, corporate leader, and coach, Kari seamlessly blends her professional expertise with her natural empathy, intuition, and deep connection to the world around her - and the universe. Her mission is to inspire and guide individuals on their journey to self-discovery and personal growth, empowering them to embrace their own awakening journey.

    Kari is a certified Gallup Strengths Finder Coach, coaches at Sol Coaching, and supports purpose-driven companies and teams through her work at Inspire Now Group.

  • John is passionate about empowering others to thrive, and as a dedicated teacher at The Spruce Academy, he fulfills this mission daily. With over 25 years of experience as a mental health therapist and coach, John brings a deep well of knowledge and expertise to his work. Having guided thousands of individuals on their paths to self-discovery, he specializes in supporting and walking alongside people during their awakening journeys, offering compassionate guidance and transformative insights every step of the way.

    John is a licensed mental health therapist specializing in Emotion Focused Therapy practicing at Full Life Counseling, a coach through his work at Sol Coaching, and an award-winning author with a published book and workbook on the topic of How to Navigate Conflict and Grow Relationships.
